Rakhesh Martyn
Founder & CEO
Chemical engineer turned energy market and technology expert, with over 15 years' experience at both the commercial and technical bleeding edges of distributed energy. Having operated on both buyer and seller sides across multiple international markets, he founded Hachiko to build the world’s first truly user-centred battery optimisation platform.
Jonas Dias
Head of Technology
Data scientist, machine learning specialist, and technical leader with a PhD in Data Science and Computer Engineering and over a decade of experience at the intersection of energy and AI. He works closely with Rakhesh and the team to deliver the cohesive and market-leading technology that delights Hachiko customers on the reg.
Johannes Hendriks
Data Scientist
Mechatronics engineer turned energy data scientist, with a PhD and PostDoc in machine learning and statistical modelling for dynamic systems. With experience from ANU's Battery Storage Programme, Evergen, and Gridsight, he brings deep expertise in optimisation and forecasting to Hachiko.
